such as Four Seasons, Raffles and Amanresorts as well as developing and opening independent properties such as
The Siam Bangkok and qualia Australia. He and his hotels have received many accolades including Best General
Manager Worldwide 2015 by Gallivanter’s Guide and Best Hotel Manager Worldwide 2013 by Andrew Harper – The
A graduate of Cornell University with a Masters of Management in Hospitality and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Lewis and Clark College, Jason is uniquely qualified to develop and manage luxury properties.
In 2016, with a wealth of experience and a creative mind, he formed the hospitality and tourism consulting firm
J.M.Friedman&Co – Tailored Hospitality, specializing in owners representation and the conceptualization,
development, opening and operations of experience driven, luxury hotels and resorts. The boutique nature of this
firm allows Jason to be the principal on every project he works with.
Over the past 3 years Jason has developed, opened and continues to operate Rosewood Luang Prabang, Bensley
Collection Shinta Mani Siem Reap, Shinta Mani Wild, Shinta Mani, Treeline Urban Resort Cambodia, The Kudanil
Explorer Indonesia, Phu Chaisai Mountain Resort Thailand and currently has multiple projects under development in Thailand, Laos and Indonesia.
